What we collect

When you book: your name, email, phone, booking details, your answers to any booking questions and, if required, your waiver signature. Card payments are processed by Stripe or Square — we never see or store your full card number.

Why

To run your booking, send confirmations, reminders and receipts, process payments and refunds, and meet our legal and tax obligations. If you start a booking and don't finish, we may send you one reminder email. We never sell your information.

Who we share it with

Only the services needed to provide the booking: payment processors (Stripe, Square), email and text-message delivery, and Upcove RentalBook's hosting in Canada.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept as long as needed for accounting and tax purposes (usually 6 years in Canada), then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information (subject to legal record-keeping requirements) by contacting Upcove RentalBook. You can also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Cookies & analytics

The booking page uses only the cookies needed for it to work. If Upcove RentalBook has turned on Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel, those services may measure visits and completed bookings for advertising.
